Sandstorms are a pain in the PMD games. You take damage every... 5 i think? turns. It's not that bad, but it can be a problem if you don't have a lot of healing items.

And i'm aware that the sandstorm effect sucks. Couldn't find a better one.

Oh my gosh. Sandstorms that don't affect the whole floor! Now that is something.

Chris is a ground type. Yay.

Chris was the perfect choice for this area

Ground,Steel and Rock types are inmune to sandstorms
Kenny the fox July 27th, 2012, 11:29 am
@Muddykip64: IKR. And yay.
@Drakeflame13: Yep.
@The Head-master: I never got why Steel was inmune to sandstorms.

@Kenny the fox: I'm guessing their physically tough bodies can handle a sandstorm. What I don't really understand is why Rock types get a 50% boost to special defence in them.

@GengarZilla: Sandstorms are made by furios wind and sand.And no,no boost of defence.
@Kenny the fox:Sand bounces off Steel,making it inmune to Sandstorms.

@Guest: Erm, yes there is. Try a special attack against a Tyranitar and see for yourself.
The Head-master (Guest) July 27th, 2012, 2:02 pm
@GengarZilla: You may have a point

@GengarZilla: How about blizzard,ice beam.or sheer cold
hippo986 July 27th, 2012, 9:29 pm
I know right? Also, sandstorms make it so that u cant have awesomely good pokemon like tyranitar and hippowdon on your team unless you have a weather band
GengarZilla July 28th, 2012, 6:11 am
@moh: Well, Sheer Cold will always OHKO if it hits, but Blizzard and Ice Beam will do less damage against a Rock type in a sandstorm.
